NorwichObserver: Norwich, Vermont; The Norwich Observer mostly provides news and commentary about local government in the Town of Norwich. I am interested in our Town and like writing on the topic. There is a lot to "observe" about local government and most residents do not have the time. I hope readers find it informative. My family has lived in Norwich for over 14 years, in two installments.
